Sept. 13, Peterborough Jazz Festival with the Quintessential Boys 16-year old pianist Quincy Bullen follows in the footsteps of his Juno Award winning musician father, Eddie Bullen. At the age of seven, Quincy performed at the Caribbean Sunfest Festival before an audience of 8,000. Since then, he has been wowing audiences with his jazz piano skills with his jazz combo and as a member of the Quintessential Boys. Quincy is the consummate performer. He studies piano with his father and at the New Conservatory of Music. His talent and focus have earned him numerous music scholarships and awards. Quincy studies the performing arts in the Arts York Program at Unionville High School. During the past two years, Quincy has also embarked on an acting career which has yielded him several principal roles on stage, television and in film. Quincy plays piano in the teen jazz group QUINTESSENTIAL BOYS and as part of his own jazz trio. |
